This page explains what personal data the Meetorra Info portal (meetorra.info) collects, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.

What data we receive

Account data: email address, first and last name, and profile photo.

When you sign in with Google, we receive only this information from Google (the "email" and "profile" scopes). The portal has no access to your mail, contacts, files or other Google services.

Data you add yourself: your specialist profile, company details, projects, images and files.

How we use it

To let you sign in and stay signed in, to show your profile and publications on the portal, and to send service emails: sign-in codes, invitations, notifications.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with ad networks.

Cookies

The portal uses only essential cookies: authentication tokens (accessToken, refreshToken — not readable by page scripts) and your interface language (NEXT_LOCALE). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Sharing with third parties

Data is processed only by those the portal cannot run without: the hosting provider, the email service that delivers our messages, and Google when you sign in with Google. A company’s projects are synced with the Meetorra service if the company has enabled that integration.

Otherwise data is disclosed only when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and its data or withdraw consent to processing, contact us and we will do it within 30 days. You can revoke the portal’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
